Evan Henry, a 23-year-old father of three, was tragically shot and killed on January 1, 2019, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident marked one of the first homicides in Jackson that year. Evan, who had overcome significant challenges, including dyslexia, to graduate from Provine High School, was remembered by his family for his determination and loving nature.
