In the quiet community of Pelahatchie, Mississippi, the life of 79-year-old Linnie Maude Everett came to a tragic end on March 30, 2019. On that day, she was fatally shot by her husband, Thomas G. 'Gary' Everett, in what authorities determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident unfolded at their residence on J. Burnham Road in Scott County.
