In the early morning hours of New Year's Day 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in an Olive Branch, Mississippi neighborhood, leaving three people dead. Among the victims was Tommi Lynn Carrier, a 40-year-old mother and grandmother from Hernando.
