Born on January 25, 1991, in McComb, Mississippi, she was the daughter of Marion Lane O'Quin Jr. and Sissy Leggett Davis. Lacy was a devoted mother to her four children: Lainey Varnado, Wittley May, Waylon May, and Lynleigh O'Quin.
