Cesar Salgado, age 34, was found dead on December 30, 2010, in Chicago, Illinois. He was discovered in a sport-utility vehicle at a gas station on the Northwest Side, near Central and Diversey Avenues. Salgado had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
