In the small town of Elgin, Oklahoma, a quiet December evening in 2016 was shattered by a discovery that would leave the community in shock and mourning. On December 17th, 41-year-old Raul Nathan Fimbres, a male, was found deceased, the victim of a violent act that also claimed the life of another individual, Jennifer Foy.
