In the summer of 2017, the life of 56-year-old David Ray Allen, a White/Caucasian male, was brought to a tragic and violent end in Purcell, Oklahoma. His body was discovered on June 12, 2017, concealed under debris behind the house he shared with his caregiver and girlfriend, Sherry Lynn Lowe. An investigation swiftly determined that Allen had been fatally shot in the head.
