On a cold winter evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of a promising young man was tragically cut short. Tracolli Surveyor, a 17-year-old Black/African American male, was killed on December 10, 2014. Known affectionately as "BoBo" or "Colli" to his friends and family, Tracolli was a senior at James Madison High School with a variety of interests.
