Khaled M. Alchaar, a 19-year-old resident of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2019. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Pleasant Prairie. The incident occurred during a drug deal that went awry.
