A couple is murdered in their home
In the winter of 2016, a tragedy unfolded in the Ensley neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama, leaving two people dead and a community searching for answers that remain elusive to this day. On Sunday, December 18th, firefighters were dispatched to a house engulfed in flames on Avenue G. Inside the burning home, they made a grim discovery: the bodies of 42-year-old Quintrell Lashon Alexander, a Black male, and 35-year-old Trinetta Yvonne Pendleton.
