In the small town of Eatonville, Washington, the tranquility of a spring day was shattered on May 15, 2014, leaving a family torn apart and a community in shock. Julie Johnson, a 37-year-old Caucasian female, was found dead in her home, the victim of a tragic and violent act that would soon be understood as a murder-suicide.
