Niven Beluso, a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot on April 9, 2012, in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred around 12:53 a.m., near an alley and a garage on the 4900 block of West Grace Street. When police responded to a report of shots fired, they found Beluso with a gunshot wound to the head, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
