A promising future was tragically cut short on the evening of October 15, 2022, for 24-year-old Raelyn Nicole Davis, a White female from Everett, Washington. She was the victim of a fatal shooting in what law enforcement has described as a road rage incident on U.S. Highway 2 near Skykomish. Davis was a passenger in a vehicle traveling westbound when the encounter occurred.
