Caitlin Paige Cornett, a 20-year-old from Hazard, Kentucky, tragically lost her life on January 15, 2013. The incident occurred during a custody exchange in the parking lot of Hazard Community and Technical College. Caitlin was accompanied by her uncle, Jackie Douglas Cornett, and her cousin, Taylor Cornett, when the tragic event unfolded. The custody exchange was meant for Caitlin's 2-year-old son, Jaydien Miller, who was being returned by his father, Dalton Lee Stidham.
