In the quiet community of Louisa, Kentucky, a grim discovery shattered the peace on November 20, 2017. Fifty-year-old Mary Evans Smith, a white female, and her 35-year-old son, Randy Sherman Blevins, were found deceased in their residence on Yellow Creek Road.
