In the early morning hours of a Sunday in April 2020, the life of 46-year-old Nicole Wagner of Berry, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. Responding to a call to assist the Harrison County Sheriff's Office, Kentucky State Police troopers discovered her deceased inside a vehicle on Price Lane.
