In the spring of 2020, the community of Paducah, Kentucky, was shaken by the tragic death of a beloved local teacher. Carrie “CD” McCord, a 56-year-old female, was a dedicated special education teacher at McCracken County High School, known for her passion and her belief that no one was broken beyond repair.
