In the quiet community of West Liberty, Kentucky, a domestic disturbance on October 22, 2020, escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 41-year-old Randy Haney. That Thursday, Kentucky State Police from Post 8 in Morehead were called to a residence in Morgan County to respond to a report of domestic violence.
