A young man's life was cut short in the summer of 2021. Kolby McKay Hall, a 22-year-old male from Kite, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, in his hometown. Born on July 14, 1998, in the nearby city of Whitesburg, he was a cherished member of his community.
