Dimitri Buford, aged 32, was shot and killed on January 26, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place on the 4200 block of West Congress Parkway, where Dimitri and another victim, a 16-year-old boy named Antonio Fenner, were found lying dead outside on the ground. According to police reports, officers responded to a call of a person shot and discovered both victims at the scene.
