Billy Ray Isaacs II, aged 42, passed away on September 18, 2022, in McKee, Kentucky. Born on August 5, 1980, in Richmond, KY, Billy was the son of Billy Ray Isaacs of Sand Gap and Georgia (Hacker) Million of Berea. He was a member of the Blue Lick Holiness Church and the Peacemakers Motorcycle Club, where he was affectionately known as "Moped Billy".
