On a Thursday afternoon, September 5, 2013, in the quiet Minneapolis suburb of Roseville, a fatal encounter unfolded in the parking lot of the CPI Card Group. Joseph Yang, a 33-year-old Asian man from Brooklyn Park, arrived for what he believed was a prearranged meeting to sign some documents. This meeting, however, was a tragic ruse that would end his life.
