In the quiet town of Granite Falls, Minnesota, a somber discovery was made on the morning of May 2, 2017. Randy William Cosgrove, a 57-year-old Caucasian male, was found unresponsive on a park bench at the Veteran's Memorial Plaza, situated in front of the Yellow Medicine County Courthouse. The call to the Granite Falls Police came in just before 9 a.m., reporting a man who appeared to be in distress.
