In the quiet town of Ogden, Kansas, the life of 20-year-old Milton Alexander Barrera, a male Private First Class in the U.S. Army, came to a tragic end on December 20, 2014. On that Saturday evening, emergency services were called to Ogden's Best Gun Range following a report of a shooting incident. Inside, they found Barrera had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
