On November 1, 2013, Saul Salgado, a 23-year-old man, was fatally shot in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred around 4:05 a.m. when Salgado was driving and stopped at a red light in the 5600 block of West Fullerton Avenue.
