Justine Bell, a 39-year-old female, found her life tragically cut short in the chaotic aftermath of a party in Wichita, Kansas, during the early morning hours of January 9, 2022. The gathering, held in the 2200 block of East 12th Street North, descended into violence when an argument erupted in the parking lot shortly after 2 a.m. The dispute escalated, leading to multiple gunshots being fired.
