On January 9, 2022, Justine Bell, a 39-year-old woman from Wichita, Kansas, tragically lost her life following a violent incident at a party. The event took place in the 2200 block of E. 12th St. N. late Saturday night into early Sunday morning. According to the Wichita Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene shortly after 2 a.m. in response to reports of a shooting.
