In the heart of Washington, D.C., the life of 57-year-old Charles Scott Berridge came to a sudden and tragic end on March 14, 2018. A resident of Falls Church, Virginia, and a White male, Mr. Berridge was found near the National Postal Museum, in the vicinity of Union Station. The events of that day unfolded around 1:30 p.m. in the first block of Massachusetts Avenue NE.
