In the early morning hours of Friday, May 13, 2022, the life of 18-year-old Anthony Arter was tragically cut short in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. The male teenager was discovered on a Metro bus in the 3700 block of 14th Street, Northwest, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The incident was reported to the Metropolitan Police Department at approximately 1:43 a.m.
