In the winter of 2022, a dispute that began with a minor traffic accident in Southeast Washington, D.C. escalated into a fatal encounter for 33-year-old Brooklyn Michael Lynn. On the afternoon of December 14th, a vehicle collision occurred in the 2700 block of Good Hope Road SE.
