Jasson E. Ceballos, a 16-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on August 17, 2014, in Chicago. The incident occurred during a violent period in the city, which had been grappling with a surge in homicides, particularly among young people. Ceballos was found in the Gage Park neighborhood, where many homicides were concentrated due to gang activity and ongoing violence in the area.
