Death by Force

On January 3, 1978, a tragic incident occurred at the High Rise Bar located on the 3200 block of West Colfax in Denver, Colorado. Steven Johns, a 31-year-old male, was inside the bar when he became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident took place in the evening, and immediately following the shooting, Steven was transported to a local hospital. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
