On March 25, 1994, Scott A. Marcus, a 37-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado, was murdered in the early morning hours. Prior to his death, Scott and his brothers had grown up in Kansas City, Missouri, indicating a significant part of his life was spent outside of Denver before he moved to Colorado.
