On December 30, 1995, a tragic incident occurred in Denver, Colorado, resulting in the death of 17-year-old Ray Desmond. The incident took place at the intersection of East 24th Avenue and Downing Street, where officers from the Denver Police Department responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found two victims, both of whom were transported to a local hospital.
