On the late evening of July 23, 2008, Joshua Medina, a 34-year-old male, was involved in a fatal incident in a residential area of Denver, Colorado. Medina, who was also known by the moniker "Sunny-Boy," was walking near West Colfax Avenue and Osceola Street accompanied by a companion when they were confronted by another couple.
