On an otherwise ordinary evening of November 1, 2017, the life of 26-year-old Victor Vasquez of Denver was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. He was inside a Walmart Supercenter in Thornton, a suburb of Denver, when a man walked in and began shooting randomly at shoppers.
