In a tragic turn of events on a Sunday afternoon in May 2018, 33-year-old Alexander Hudspeth lost his life in the driveway of his Evergreen, Colorado, home. A confrontation with his landlord, David Claussen, over his continued tenancy at the residence on Highway 73 escalated, culminating in a fatal gunshot wound to Hudspeth's chest.
