In the early morning hours of March 26, 2022, a night out in downtown Denver turned tragic, ending the life of 21-year-old Nicholas “Nick” Caldwell. A graduate of East High School who had also attended American University, Nick was remembered by friends and family as a loving and insightful young man who had taken a break from his studies to be closer to his family in Denver.
