In the winter of 1999, the life of Fernando Pedroso, a 39-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Albuquerque, New Mexico. On the evening of December 20th, deputies were called to a residence at 3313 La Junta SW following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Pedroso's body. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, which were determined to be the cause of his death.
