Jose D. Federico, affectionately known as "Yo Yo," passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2019, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the age of 21. Born on July 1, 1997, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to David and Rebecca Federico, he was raised in Santa Rosa, where he graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 2016.
