On November 22, 2014, a tragic incident occurred in Raton, New Mexico, resulting in the death of 23-year-old Kevin Garcia. The event unfolded when the Raton Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in a residential area. Upon investigation, it was determined that Anthony M. Garcia, a 21-year-old resident of Raton, had allegedly fired a 9mm handgun, striking and killing Kevin Garcia.
