On a Wednesday evening in Grants, New Mexico, the life of 50-year-old Walter Salazar was tragically cut short. On September 30, 2015, Salazar was the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident prompted an investigation that would soon point to the involvement of multiple young individuals from the area.
