In the late hours of a Sunday in March 2017, the life of 59-year-old Earl Roybal was tragically cut short in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A man known affectionately by his friends as "Payaso," Roybal was at the Hose It Car Wash on Coors Boulevard, washing his motorcycle, a common pastime for the avid biker.
