On July 17, 2017, the community of Carlsbad, New Mexico, was shaken by the discovery of two bodies inside a local tax service office. Lisa Sexton, a 48-year-old female, was found deceased in the office she operated. Alongside her was Nathan Hartman, aged 50. The ensuing investigation by local authorities painted a grim picture of the final moments within the walls of the small business.
