In the quiet community of Tijeras, New Mexico, a tragic event unfolded on November 8, 2020, leading to the death of 75-year-old Chris Neel. On that Sunday, deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence off Apple Ranch Road to conduct a welfare check. Upon their arrival, they discovered Ms. Neel deceased inside her home. The cause of her death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head.
