On March 15, 2021, Guillermo Aguilar, a 30-year-old resident of Roswell, New Mexico, was fatally shot during an altercation on the 1500 block of West Walnut Street. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. when Aguilar, a passenger in a vehicle driven by his girlfriend, was followed by another vehicle operated by 21-year-old Angel Raymundo Fresquez. Fresquez had reportedly taken a friend's vehicle without permission and was driving erratically, which led to a confrontation between the two parties. ...
