In the spring of 2015, the quiet community of Wakefield, Massachusetts, was unsettled by a grim discovery. On the evening of April 28th, a passerby ventured into a wooded area off Sunset Street and happened upon a parked vehicle. Inside, they found the body of 30-year-old Jeffrey Raphael, a Black/African American man from the nearby city of Lynn.
