On a summer evening in Boston, 20-year-old Jean Louis, a Black male, was fatally shot on July 11, 2015. The incident occurred on Bailey Street in the Dorchester neighborhood. Louis was inside a car when gunfire erupted, striking him in the chest. Another individual in the vehicle with him, a 16-year-old, was also wounded but survived the attack.
