On a summer evening in Haverhill, Massachusetts, just a week after his graduation from Haverhill High School, 18-year-old Bryce Finn was fatally shot. The date was June 6, 2017, when Finn, a White male, answered a knock at the front door of his Rainbow Drive home around 9:30 p.m. and was shot in the chest.
