In the pre-dawn hours of November 11, 2018, the life of 23-year-old Hispanic male Reynaldo Pena was cut short in a senseless act of violence on a New Bedford, Massachusetts street. The incident began around 2:15 a.m. on Malden Street when the vehicle Pena was driving was blocked by two other cars. After Pena honked his horn, one of the vehicles moved, and he drove through.
