Reynaldo (Rey) M. Pena, a 23-year-old resident of New Bedford, Massachusetts, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2018. He died at Rhode Island Hospital following a violent incident. The circumstances surrounding his death were linked to a road rage incident that escalated into a fatal confrontation.
