In the early hours of a Thursday morning, the life of Deangelo Taldon, a 33-year-old Black / African American man from Boston, was tragically cut short. On June 4, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Boston Police responded to a call for a person shot in the area of 68 Whitfield Street in the city's Dorchester neighborhood. Upon their arrival, officers discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment.
